02 — Information we collect
Forms and bookings
- Contact form: name, email, phone, service interest, and message.
- Appointment requests: name, email, phone, selected service, requested time, and patch-test preference.
- Intake forms: health and consent details needed to provide the booked service. Those pages are private and not offered to search engines.
- Spam checks: Cloudflare Turnstile tokens on public forms.
03 — How it is used
Service delivery
Submitted information is used to reply to inquiries, review and confirm appointments, send intake or deposit instructions, and provide treatments. Booking and intake records are stored in the studio's database. Email is sent through Resend. The admin dashboard is private and not indexed.
04 — Analytics
Measurement
Google Tag Manager may load after you interact with the site so the studio can understand visits and completed contact or booking requests. If a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured, it is loaded for the same purpose. These tools are not required to use the site.

If you want information updated or removed from an inquiry or booking request, email or call Emma directly. Appointment changes still follow the cancellation and no-show policies.
