How long does the procedure take?
Most appointments last 2–3 hours including consultation and numbing, so you feel comfortable and fully informed throughout.
Is it painful?
Topical numbing is used for comfort. Most clients say it feels similar to tweezing or light scratching.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 1–3 years depending on your skin, lifestyle, and aftercare. Touch-ups will help keep your look fresh and beautiful.
What should I expect during healing?
Expect initial mild peeling and color changes for 1–2 weeks. The final color will settle after 4–6 weeks. It’s important to schedule a touch-up appointment 4-6 weeks after the first session, to perfect your results and ensure longevity.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you have sent your deposit and your appointment has been booked, if you need to cancel/reschedule your deposit is refundable until 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel WITHIN 72 hours of your appointment you will not have your deposit refunded.
What is the no-show and late arrival policy?
Arriving 10 or more minutes late adds a $10 fee to your appointment. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may be treated as a no-show, your appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited. Read the full no-show and cancellation policies.
Do I need a patch test?
Patch tests are optional. They are a good idea if you have very sensitive skin or a lot of allergies. If you would like one, it needs to be performed more than 48 hours before your procedure.
