Your appointment time is reserved just for you. These guidelines keep the studio on schedule and protect every client’s experience.
01 — Late arrival
How late arrivals are handled
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When you book with me, I set aside that time exclusively for your service, prepare my workspace, and often turn away other clients who could have booked that spot.
Because I am a small business, my time is valuable, just as your time is valuable to you. Respecting appointment times allows me to stay on schedule, give every client the full attention and quality of service they deserve, and keep my business running smoothly. 🤍
I completely understand that unexpected things happen, so I always encourage you to communicate with me as soon as possible if you’re running late or something comes up.
10+ Minutes Late
A $10 late fee will be added to your appointment total. This helps compensate for the additional time and disruption to my schedule.
15+ Minutes Late
Arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show, and your appointment may be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
Exceptions
I understand that emergencies and circumstances outside of your control can happen. If something serious occurs, please reach out as soon as you are safely able to. Depending on the situation, I may waive the fee, make an exception, or reschedule your appointment and keep your previous deposit.

02 — Cancellations
Cancellation policy
If you have sent your deposit and your appointment has been booked, if you need to cancel/reschedule your deposit is refundable until 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel WITHIN 72 hours of your appointment you will not have your deposit refunded.
